The 7th KIWA Exhibition 2016 Entry Form
  • When we receive this Entry Form, we will assume that you have read all the RULES and agree with them.
  • There are two requirements when sending us the Entry Form: On-line, and mailing with your prints.
    　Submitting the on-line web form
    　Fill in all the blanks of the on-line Entry Form and e-mail it to the KIWA Office before July, 2015.
    　When you mail your prints to KIWA, make sure the Print Labels are correctly attached to the back of each print,
    　lower left corner. Also include a print-out version of the Entry Form, filled in the same as the on-line version.
    　When we receive the on-line Entry Form, we will assume that you have read all the RULES and agree with them.
  • Please use ENGLISH language only .
  • Be sure the TOTAL size of your photo attachments is under 1MB.
    　 KIWA office will use the photos only for confirmation of the Entry Form information,
    　so use low resolution for all your prints' attached photos.
    　If you don't have any means for resizing the images, visit this IMAGE RESIZER page and resize your images to 640px.
  • Print labels must be attached to the back of each print in the lower left corner.
