KYOTO INTERNATIONAL WOODPRINT ASSOCIATION ENTRY FORM
 
There are two requirements for sending us the Entry Form; on-line, and mailing with your prints.
 
  • Submitting the on-line web form
    		•
    Fill all the blanks in the entry web form and submit it, and fill in all the blanks of the web form Entry Form and e-mail it to the KIWA Office before July, 2015. Also, when you mail your prints to KIWA, make sure the Print Labels are correctly attached to each print, and you've included a printed out version of the Entry Form filled in the same as the on-line version.

    When we receive this entry, we will assume that you have read all RULES and agree with them.
